Terms & Conditions:  Payment is required in full before shipping.  Payment plans are accepted on animals costing $500 or more.  All that is required is $100 down and regular payments until the animal is paid for.  I will send a payment summary after receiving each payment.  If the buyer decides not to purchase the animal after making payments, any money already paid is technically surrendered, although I have never enforced this and will usually return the money.  I have never had a snake perish during the shipping/receiving process.  However, if this were to happen, I'd expect immediate notification upon arrival.  I guarantee live arrival, so after the death of the animal was confirmed, I would replace the snake with an equal or more valuable snake or refund the price of the animal.  One item to note here is that I guarantee live arrival to the shipping address that you specifiy.  It is expected that you will be there to receive the snake.  I'm not responsible if you allow the package to sit on a hot or cold front porch and perish, or if someone steals the package from your front porch.  If there is any chance that you can't be there to receive the package, please provide an alternate shipping address to a location where the package can be held, or reschedule the shipment for another day.  If the snake for any reasons doesn't meet your expectations, you can immediately return the snake to me and I'll return your money when I receive it.  This is a one day policy and doesn't apply if you keep the snake and then days, weeks or months later decide that you don't want it.
